A Design Day is an expedited VIP experience that eliminates the waiting game, cuts out endless back and forth, and provides you with custom design right when you need it.
My step-by-step, streamlined process ensures that you'll receive high-quality, polished and strategic design in a single, focused work day. With a quick turnaround and deliverables in hand, you can elevate your client experience, increase your profitability and spend your time doing what you do best.
First, we'll schedule your Design Day and confirm your priorities for the day, as well as a “wish list” of projects to complete if we have extra time.
Prior to your Design Day, you'll submit final copy and any brand assets I might need to complete your priority list. This ensures I have everything I need before your Design Day begins!
During your Design Day, you’ll get my undivided attention! We'll touch base during pre-scheduled check ins and perfect each item on your priority list before we wrap up for the day.
There are a limited number of spots available each month, and Design Days are booked on a first come, first served basis. Due to the nature of this service, payment is due in full upon booking.

While you do not need to be available the entire day, I recommend setting aside time that day to respond to quick questions, scheduled check-ins and prompt feedback.
Design Days are booked at least one week in advance. This will give you time to gather necessary materials including copy and brand assets, as well as ensure my calendar is cleared to give your brand the focus and attention it deserves!
Design Days are offered Tuesday-Thursday and there are a limited number of spots available each month. These are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
How far in advance do I need to book?
All communication during your Design Day will take place via email or my free project management tool, Asana. I will provide a brief training video on this tool so that you can confidently use this tool during your Design Day (and beyond!) If you prefer not to use Asana, you can also respond and provide feedback via email.
How will we communicate during my Design Day?
Unfortunately, no. My Design Day service was created to better support clients with undivided attention, maximized efficiency and quick turnarounds. With a streamlined workflow and organized communication process, I’m actually able to spend less time per hour on each task, making the most of your investment!
Can I book projects hourly or one by one?
As an experienced designer and business owner, I pride myself on my ability to communicate with my clients, and understand their vision and needs for their business. With this in mind, we will establish a clear action plan for the day before you book your Design Day.
In the unlikely event we are unable to complete your priority list during your Design Day, you will be able to schedule an additional Design Day or Half Day at a reduced rate.
What if we don't get to everything on my list?
Full-scale projects, including brand identity design, website design or launch design cannot be completed under the Design Day package. Copywriting is also not included and final copy must be provided by the client before your Design Day begins.
